Phantom Deramas Charges

Say what you want about Deramas, he's still a demon and quite a force to be reckoned with. If pushed over the edge, he'll engage in his Phantom form, which doesn't change himself physically, aside from his eyes coloring blood red, but the area he's in instead changes to a permeating red and black color scheme while his own skills drastically increase in strength, speed and variety, some techniques can even defeat/kill a target in an instant. The downside is that this state gradually chips away at his health...
