This is an animation of Godel's Ultimate attack: The Phoenix Assault. However, despite its power, it demands a good amount of energy, which leaves Godel exhausted after using it.

One might say it's a combination of the Falcon Rush from Videl and the Electric Kamehameha from Gohan...
