You bet! This time it's a Garo Robe, one of the enemies that appear in the Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. The only places you can find them are in Ikana Canyon and Ikana Castle. Defeating them will give out clues on how to solve the Ikana puzzles and beating the Castle.
