Escalating Argument

Looks like Valmer Rugal and Arcueid Brunestud are having an argument which won't be settled peacefully.


NOTES:
Valmer Rugal is an adaptation of Rugal Bernstein, created by Siegfried8823
Arcueid_MA is an adaptation of Arcueid Brunestud, created by みかえる (translates as Michael).

Valmer Rugal is a cheap yet fightable character, the striking changes are the use of a different voicepack (Valmer from Grandia II) and having several custom moves, next to the more familiar, yet altered moves belonging to Rugal Bernstein)

Arcueid_MA on the other hand has three modes:
- Normal Arcueid (Fightable for everyone, but quite tough)
- Red Arcueid (Quite cheap, but still fightable for most characters)
- Archetype: Earth Mode (EXTREMELY CHEAP; Has defeated Hastur (12P!!) and Crazy Catastrophe due to a move that, after execution, results in an INSTANT Time Over! Only Inazumachi, Leliel (except for 12P Archtype) and EXERION have so far been able to resist her!)
