Celicia being worried or confused

Unlike Judy, who is most of the time quite shy and Gina, who is more playful at times, despite both being aware of what they are, Celicia takes her job as an Advanced Android Guard very seriously. As a matter of fact, she also takes pride in it, which is why she also likes having her tail out every now and then.

So say what you want about her, but above all do not, and I mean DO NOT compare her to Cell; she will take your head off if you do. And if she doesn't do it, Brachi will, since she has a sister-like relationship with Celicia.

The reason for this is that Celicia loathes Cell to the core and she believes that, with having a similar tail and her way of PROTECTING people, she makes a total mockery of the bio-android and his creator Dr. Gero by simply spoofing Cell's absorption skill like this. 

Also, she and Brachi both don't take too kindly of someone taking advantage of her services; a former Capsule Corp. employee found this out the hard way (seen within the Chronicles of Brachi serial).
