I've been doing some watch games using Valmer Rugal this time and I have to say that Valmer Rugal's AI is FRIGGING BRUTAL!
I've seen him taking down The Nightmare SSJ3 without losing once and he goes here toe to toe with Broly!

Indeed, that's why Valmer Rugal is one of my favorite Mugen characters for being that really strong and using his crazy techniques against the opponents as well.
