With the Scout Ship headed for Lunei, where Tempest comforts his girlfriend and childhood friend, The Martian Elder in charge of the Earth Based Colony inform Bulma of a deal: in exchange for Bulma helping to design an orbital weapons platform capable of defending a planet against incoming meteorites or hostile invaders, the Martians will look in the possibility to find, adapt and relocate an interstellar body such as an asteroid into Earth's orbit to make it replace the Earth's moon, which had been destroyed by Piccolo while he was training against the incoming Saiyan invaders with the young Gohan. The Martians also inform Bulma about a potential price that comes with using the Dragon Balls.
As for Goku; he has gone fishing with Goten after he was finished talking with Piccolo.
Also, kudos to ~avacadoramabot for inspiring me with the idea for Orbital Weapon Platforms and the like during our Roleplays.

Martians told Bulma not to use the dragonballs too much which is the right thing to let them know about something bad would happen to the dragonballs if they use the dragonballs too much. Elder Kaioshin told them not to use the dragonballs of Earth and Namek while fighting Buu, but Z-Fighters were too ignorant and foolish to listen to him. Poor Elder Kaioshin.
